Louis Park Hotel

Our stay was wonderful from start to finish. The property had a warm, homey feel while clearly cutting no corners. The beds were extremely comfortable, the rooms were spacious, and having access to a fully equipped kitchen made everything easy and convenient. The setting was very picturesque, and the location could not have been better. We were right by Louis Armstrong Park and within walking distance of Bourbon Street, the French Quarter, and could even catch the streetcar. Despite being so close to everything, the neighborhood was very quiet at night, which made for truly restful sleep. The blackout drapes blocked out all light perfectly. The amenities were plentiful, including ice, ability to make fresh coffee, and a lovely garden area that added to the charm! The staff was courteous and welcoming, and the space easily accommodated our large group even though we booked last minute. We would absolutely stay here again!

Charming courtyard hotel on St. Philippe, three blocks from Bourbon St (east end at Lafitte's bar). Great wifi (I work remotely), wonderful outdoor work space with a fountain. Comfy digs that were very clean and orderly. Responsive communication through the booking and dealing with an unexpected late arrival on my part. Friendly staff and particularly enjoyed chatting with Kyle the GM. This property opened about a year ago, best I can remember, and I believe this will become a hotspot location. Pro-tip - the gated parking is a bonus in Nola so plan on booking a space when you book your room since they only have 8 spaces in the gated area. I'll add that the gated area is super convenient to all the rooms. Finally, if the parking is sold out, don't worry. I saw plenty of parking the whole time right on St. Phillippe St and in front of the hotel.

My family and I had an amazing stay at Louis Park Hotel in New Orleans! From the moment we made our reservation, Kyle at the front desk was absolutely amazing — so welcoming and incredibly accommodating. He truly set the tone for our stay. The young lady, I believe her name was Louise, was just as helpful and made sure we were completely happy with our room. Their customer service really stood out which it was appreciated. The room itself was super cute, clean, and comfortable. We also loved that the hotel was within walking distance to great restaurants and cafés, which made exploring the area so easy and enjoyable. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting New Orleans!

Great place to stay to explore the French Quarter! Within walking distance of everything. Beautiful rooms and secure parking, secure gates/fence around property is a bonus. Peace of mind while you sleep that your vehicle will be safe. We stayed in the Armstong and the bed was super comfortable, room was clean, nothing weird, just very nice! Do it!

I truly can't say enough wonderful things about this hotel. Louis Park Hotel is a great location to see (and walk) to everything downtown. Kyle was a fabulous help, answering all of my questions beforehand and being available to answer questions while we were there. We had 20 ladies in our group and everyone really enjoyed their stay here. We loved the outdoor spaces to hang out together, but then also have our separate spaces in our rooms. We look forward to coming back!

Recently stayed at Louis Park Hotel for a group trip and loved it! There was a large group of us (19) that arrived and left at various times. It was so nice to be able to have our private space and then be able to gather as a group in the shared courtyard. The rooms were spacious and comfortable. The beds and linens were very nice and the accommodations were very clean. We were a short walk to everywhere we wanted to go but far enough where weren't in an overly crowded area. My boyfriend and his friends are doing a bachelors trip in May and I recommended they stay here!

The staff were all exceptional. They even accommodated us with an earlier check in. The suite was immaculate. Had that ‘new’ scent even thought its over 100 years old. The garden is my favorite part of the property. Quiet, colorful and lush. I sat out every night, after midnight, reading. The property is only One block from the French Quarter but it’s still quiet. Definitely recommend. And would stay here again.

This is the second time I've stayed at Louis Park Hotel and each time I find something more charming about this place! It's truly an oasis in the city and a wonderful reprieve from your daily walking, drinking and shopping around the French Quarter. There is direct access to all transportation including the iconic street cars... it's a great location! The onsite courtyard gives you all the city has to offer in the privacy of your own hotel. The staff is wonderful and extremely accommodating, meeting and exceeding all of mine & my party's needs! They went above & beyond to ensure I had an amazing 50th birthday in NOLA!
